This position is primarily responsible for receiving, assigning, and overseeing all aspects of the review process for CDs, books, and other media reviewed in The Saxophone Symposium. Work will occur year-round.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely communication with members of NASA who wish to submit materials for review
- Assigning materials for review to pre-selected Symposium reviewers
- Communication with pre-selected Symposium reviewers to ensure reviews are thorough, fair, and completed in a timely manner
- Timely communication with the editor about matters pertaining to the Symposium, including regular updates on assigned reviews, deadlines, and other pertinent matters

Materials will be reviewed by the Symposium Editor, Assistant Editor, and Director of Scholarly Initiatives, with final approval coming from the NASA Executive Committee. Individuals will be contacted for possible interviews after the submission deadline.
