For You, For Me, For the Saxophone
The North American Saxophone Alliance is pleased to announce the NASA 2026 Conference at Ohio State University from Thursday, March 12 to Sunday, March 15, 2026, hosted by Dr. Michael Rene Torres. The conference will begin with the Thursday evening concert (March 12) and the final concert will take place Saturday evening (March 14). Sunday morning will be reserved for informal social activities; no performances or presentations will be scheduled on that day.
The 2026 conference theme is For You, For Me, For the Saxophone. For You, For Me, For the Saxophone celebrates the unique and connected journeys of saxophonists across North America. As we come together in community, we invite performers to submit proposals focused on music that holds deep personal meaning. Choose works that reflect your artistic identity, history, or passion. By sharing what moves us as individuals, we create opportunities for authenticity, empathy, and growth. This conference is a space to celebrate who we are, why we play, and how we grow together for the saxophone.
